At Design by Brandeby, we want your shopping experience to feel just as thoughtful as the jewellery you have chosen.
Every order is carefully packed in our studio and sent safely to you.

Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 1,000.

For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
We process your order as quickly as possible.

Normally 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
International delivery

Normally 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes or delays with the carrier.

Handmade jewellery – made with care
Every piece from Design by Brandeby is designed and hand-assembled in small quantities.
We work with genuine natural stones and carefully selected materials. Some pieces may therefore require a little extra time before they are ready to ship.
If there is a delay with your order, we will always let you know as soon as possible.
Gift packaging included
Every piece of jewellery comes in a Design by Brandeby jewellery box – ready to give as a gift or to enjoy yourself.
Because opening your new jewellery should be part of the experience too.

Select “Pick up in store” at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification and can collect it during our opening hours.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for any costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we recommend accepting the package and then using your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
