Welcome to Design by Brandeby. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We recommend reading them before making a purchase.

At Design by Brandeby, quality, craftsmanship and personal service are important to us. We want your shopping experience to feel safe, simple and enjoyable.

1. About Design by Brandeby

Design by Brandeby is a Swedish jewellery brand creating and hand-assembling jewellery in small quantities. Each piece is made with care using carefully selected materials.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to the address you provided.

A purchase agreement is formed once your order has been accepted and you have received an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances such as:

technical errors
incorrect prices
incorrect stock information
suspected fraud
force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order needs to be cancelled, any payment already made will be refunded without unnecessary delay.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

Any shipping costs are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors, technical errors and incorrect pricing information.

4. Payment

We offer the payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment solutions.

Design by Brandeby never handles or stores your card details.

5. Delivery

We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders above the amount stated at checkout.

The normal delivery time is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

As some of our jewellery is handmade in small quantities, certain orders may occasionally require a little extra time. If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

6. Handmade jewellery & natural materials

All jewellery from Design by Brandeby is handmade or hand-assembled.

We work with natural stones, freshwater pearls and other natural materials. This means that each piece may naturally vary in colour, texture, pattern and shape.

These variations are not considered defects. They are part of the character of natural materials and make each piece unique.

7. Product information

We do our best to ensure that product images and descriptions represent our jewellery as accurately as possible.

Colours may, however, appear differently depending on your screen, mobile phone or tablet.

Minor differences between product images and the actual product may therefore occur.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation.

9. Complaints

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint about defects that were present when the product was purchased for up to three years.

If a complaint is approved, we will normally offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is used only for purposes such as:

processing orders
delivering products
providing customer service
fulfilling legal obligations

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including:

product images
photographs
text
product descriptions
logos
graphic design
trademarks

is owned by Design by Brandeby or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark law and other applicable legislation.

No part of the content may be copied, published or used without prior written permission.

12. Force majeure

Design by Brandeby is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government decisions, strikes, war, pandemics or transport disruptions.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

You may also have the right to use other available dispute resolution procedures under applicable consumer legislation.

Swedish law applies to these Terms & Conditions.
