When you buy a piece of jewelry from Design by Brandeby, it is sent nicely wrapped and well packaged. As semi-precious stones are different, I would like to clarify that there may be differences between the stones that are ordered and sent.

OPEN BUY

With us, you have 30 days of open purchase, you get the jewelery home in peace and quiet and can try it on together with your outfits.

RETURN

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts on the day you have received the shipment.

You are responsible for the return shipping, and then you email us before it is put in the post. You are welcome to send a description of what you perceive as not good.

The return must be sent traceable and well packaged to avoid damage during transport. The jewelery must not be damaged or used, then the return is refused.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE - YOUR MONEY BACK

It is fine to change to another model, then send it as a return and contact us to tell us which new model you want.

Reimbursement of the purchase is made when the jewelry is back with us, will take place in the same way as when the payment was made, and it takes place within about 3-4 days.
